Both numbers not working

Since friday both numbers do not work cant send reciellvr texts make phone calls or use wifi calling on my sky app wont let me manage sims. Tried resending settings to phone error message from sky. Says no issues in area looks like both my sims disconnected go on sim status on phone shows sky network but disconnected. This been problem since friday and due to wifi calling not even working i can't even ring sky to fix issue.

My phone has no signal either since Friday only working of my WiFi can't make calls ,messages or receive

Have you tried sending the network settings to these devices:

This should be what you need to do:

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

If that hasn't worked them you can contact Sky via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of the page.

Yes i have requested network settings says error text from sky try later. It does not work.

My phone is doing the exact same I can't ring or use data at all and my sons is the same who his phone is on my account too it started on friday too and still not working I've rung sky sone the trouble shooting and still not working has anyone found a solution as sky didn't have the answers on the phone at all

No soloution spoke to sky said they woukd escalate to specialist team but still no answers.
