My mobile phone was stolen. I have reported it and my SIM has been deactivated. I have a SIM only contract with SKY.
However, I am informed by my insurer that SKY must block/blacklist my mobile so that it can't be used.
I have seen others have a problem with achieving this with SKY.
Can anyone provide experience or insight as to how to achieve this? So far, I have emailed SKY but have yet to receive a response. I currently can't ring as I have no phone.

What do you mean by temporarily blocking a device? You haven't said why you want this.
