I have three Sky Mobile plans (wife and two kids). I'd like to change the two kids' plans to 40GB for £10 as per the black friday deal. How do I do that as when I try through the web or the MySky app the prices aren't available in the 'change my plan' section.

Hi @Dylsi1 thats because they are for new additional plans on your account, not existing ones. You could try calling sky on 150 to see if they can apply the deals but don't be surprised if they say no.

Re: Black Friday data plan prices unavailable?
Ok, thanks. That's very short sighted of them.
I'll have to leave them as they're totally uncompetetive. The black friday deal brings them closer to other providers in terms of price. Shame.
