Hi I recently swapped my phone and paid upfront just a few days ago. However, I’ve noticed that I’ve been charged again for both my old and new phone.

Could you please review my account and correct this issue? I would like confirmation that only my new phone is active and tha

Hi @Sidra4  no one here can as this isn't sky CS. When you swap and send your old phone back and  it takes at least 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed, until then you are charged for both, any overpayment will be refunded.
