Hi i am Erica Vicente and i am messaging you because i had a 74 pound debt in my mobile account , however i paid it already and my account had started to show the full amount i have to pay instead of the monthly installments, how can i fix it?

Find out moreHi @Mendes12 that's because it's in Skys terms and conditions that you agreed to that if you default on your monthly payments they may ask for the full contract amount to be paid in one payment. You will need to call sky to see if they will return you to your monthly amount but don't be surprised if they say no.
