Billing

It's my first mobile bill but I have a double charge for the same month.  I understand that I pay a month in advance but why is this duplicated.

Hi @Jacqueline1980  are you sure you have been actually charged? We can't see all the figures as the blue line is covering some of the figures but if you check the sum is it correct ?
