Hi @Hammadarshad  any returned devices will remain on your bills until received and inspected by sky, currently taking about 3 weeks. Any overpayment would be refunded after that.

Sky billing isn't instant so if you put the returned phone into the post today the company that handles the returns might not even have it yet and when they do it can take then up to 3 weeks to inspect it. Only once they have done this should the billing be corrected and if nothing is owed against it then there should be no further bills.
