@Christy007  Have you looked at the bill breakdown?  All charges will be listed there, as we are customers we can't see your bills.

 

You can access bills here https://www.sky.com/bill or through the MySky app

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.

Yes and iv been charged double my normal amount. The bills for each sim etc don't add up to what iv been charged?!

Have you checked the dates that the bill/s cover in case it's more than the standard month?

In that case give Sky a call and an agent can view your bill and go through it with you. Just dial 150 free on your Sky mobile.
