Sky app says that I have 0 data on my 2 sims. I don’t think this is correct

I can't believe both are empty. Also if I turn off wifi everything works with 4g

I have the same issue. The app and website just say 'Data Usage Unavailable'

 

Any ideas with the cause?

Hi @JTower  if your phones are working without WiFi then it would appear there is a glitch at Skys end, these issues usually get resolved fairly quickly.
