Bill

Hi, I have credit left over from my broadband bill. Will I be refunded this into my bank account or will this go towards my mobile bill?

@Saraislam If you are no longer a Sky broadband customer then any credit should be refunded, it can take upto 6 weeks for the automatic refund to be processed. 

Alternatively the Sky community staff here can action a refund which would take around 3 to 5 working days, if you would like to speak to the community staff let us know and we can escalate your post(it will probably be tomorrow or Wednesday before they make contact due to today being a bank Holiday).

I would appreciate it if the refund can be actioned in 3-5 working days.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
