We recently upgraded our phones why are we paying £28 for our monthly bill it should only be £17 thank you

What do your future Sky bills show that you will be paying ?

 

If they also show as being £28 what is the breakdown on them, so is is £17 for the phones and £11 for the sim ?

When did you return your old phones?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
