Bill

I have been charged double my bill amount and it's come up with this on my bill paperwork on the app I have no idea what this is and means!!

Sorry but that image can't be shown as you forgot to blank out your mobile number.

 

You haven't been charged double as there is just one £20.00 charge so how much should you been paying ?

Normally it's £10 a month but I'm wondering why it says offer end date 19th October 2108
