@Manda11  Have you looked at your bill online or through the mysky app?

 

Have discounts ended or have you recently changed your package with Sky?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You've posted the same on the Accounts board (now deleted and reply moved to here). So is this a mobile bill or another Sky service? 


We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. If a mobile bill it usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
