Bill
Hi I've ac accessed my sky account and tried paying my mobile phone bill but it says I have not had a first bill for my sim only contact I need help getting it paid as o don't even know how much it is because it doesn't say anything on my sky account app

@Carlmac82 You shouldn't need to pay your bill manually as it will be taken by direct debot from the details you provided when signing up to SKy mobile.
Have you activated your sim? As you need to do this before you start to get billed.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
