@Ashleigh0712 No one here can see your bill as we are all just fellow customers.

Your bill should tell you what the charges are for as it will be itemised, just click on the blue text to get the breakdown.

Unless roaming was involved it's likely to be calls to non inclusive numbers, pictures messages etc which prompt extra charges.
