I need to adjust my sim contract

I am current using three network so they said if i want to leave them i have to pay an excess amount of £338 . I am using unlimited package with them. I need to adjust my sim contract data so that i will lower the amount of money that i pay on sky sim. In the meantime, i will be using three data and as soon as my contracts ends i will leave three and join sky

I'm not sure what you are asking here as we are Sky customers here so if you re a 3 sim customer what help do you need ?

You can do that via your online account, just make sure you select the "keep my number" option so you don't end up ordering a new sim:
