Bill payment

My direct debit did not come out my bank as planned meaning my bill was overdue so I came onto the sky app to pay the bill. The money has come out my bank but my account is still showing as over due

When a direct debit fails for whatever reason Sky will always try again in about 10 days time, you might have had an email explaining this so manually paying it as you have done is not needed and by doing so you have not actually paid the bill; as all you have done is to put a credit on your account which will be used to pay the next bill. You can also have the credit refunded if you want and that it is on your account so post back here if you want this as we can arrange some help for you via Sky messaging team who will send you a private message tomorrow about this.,
