Bill not what expected

I'm just curious as to why my bill is £10 over the expected amount and if this could be broken down further I've noticed I have 2 charges for one of my sims and I'm a bit confused

We can't see your bills.

 

However, I suspect the 2 charges are for different date ranges, i.e. longer than 1 month.  (An element of in arrears and the month in advance)

 

What do future bills show?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

i don't have any arrears as I only got the phone this month as a brand new contract

Also my bill was £54 and future payments are £44

Arrears as in a period of usage prior to your first bill.
