Hiya,
I have just checked my upcoming phone bill which states it will be just over £75... this seems too high? I am aware i used data roaming for 9 days which equates to £18 and my usual bill is £30 which means my phone bill should've been £48?! I paid my bill on the 3rd december so i know i'm not a month behind with my payments and i seem to have a device charge dated the 3rd december? i also have 2 data charges dated from january-february?
I really don't feel this bill is right as there is no need for it to cost over £48 which covers my usual £30 and then the additional £18 from data roaming...
