Bill has gone up

In the first year of my Sky Phone contract. Only took the contract cause I believed the price remained the same for 3 years. It's gone up over £8 a month. Also not ideal sky has awful coverage.

@Jackb1998 I'm pretty sure the contract for the phone itself remains the same (indeed it drops during the last six months). What does change is the price of the data packages. If you've reached the end of a discounted data package period this would explain the rise.

 

It is worth speaking to Sky Mobile and seeing if they can do anything. I spoke to them a couple of days ago and had a few quid knocked off my data plan packages.

Have a look at your Sky bill which you can do so via the MySky app or online here at that should show what had increased but as stated abive it is likely to be the sim and not the phone:
