hi
recently my phone has either bad or no reception. I am missing calls as they are being told the call can't be connected or I'm unavailable. It's happening everywhere not just in the one place. Have checked the signal in the area & it's meant to be good. I've also tried all the steps that have been suggested by sky online to fix it.
any other suggestions on what I should do.
