When will the iPad Air 11inch grey be delivered ?

Back order means there's no current stock for your order. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or replenishment. 

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

We're other customers here with no insight in Sky's stock levels...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
