Back order

I ordered the Samsung s25 ai yesterday and it's saying back order even though it was in stock and things when ordered? What happens now? It's sending my ear pods before the phone which it states online it takes 30 days for the ear pods?

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. You need to periodically check your particular order at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your phone order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
