I ordered an i pad(2022) 2 days ago, at time of ordering it said it was in stock I have the confirmation email yet my app said no active orders.
After delving deeper into the app it now appears that these are on back order..
I haven't received an estimated delivery date in any of my emails.
This was intended as a Christmas present and had I known it was on back order would have got from elsewhere.
Are they usually quick at replenishing stock?

Fingers crossed it's before Christmas otherwise I'll have a very grumpy teenager come Christmas day 😀

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not sure if you've gone through the purchase process before but the most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

It's saying I have no active orders when I click on the tracking. But when I look a little further in my mobile hub that's where it says its on back order.
So at least I know it's coming just not when 🤣
