BPO collections payment plan set up
Hi everyone, I have a bit of an issue, this morning (Thursday 17th July 2025) I recieved a letter from Sky dated (8th July 2025) Stating that If i don't pay the total of £108.00 by the 29th July 2025, my lease with sky will be cancelled and my case will go to a third party (most likely a debt collector) however, I had an email from BPO collections stating that Sky had passed over my case onto them and to set up a payment plan to stop my account with Sky getting suspended, I set up a payment plan on Friday 11th July 2025, I then recieved said letter from Sky saying failure to pay will result in termination of my lease, I have a payment plan set up, does this mean even though it's been set up, if I don't pay the £108.00 to Sky on the 29th, my lease will be terminated?

@Pagie1 You need to be asking Sky themselves as they may not have received an update from BPO.

That's if Sky will talk to you directly. If your services are restricted due to non payment you may have difficulty getting through.
