Awful coverage everywhere for calls or data
My phone consistently has little or no service to make calls. This isnt just at home. It seems to be everywhere. The data roaming coverage is awful aswell. I can't make calls, get cut off and it often says emergency calls only. I have to wait until I am in WiFi to make calls. Starting my phone didnt make any difference and onlinr it says all coverage is ok. Its been like this for months. Feel like im paying for nothing.

Hi @Nikka681 you could try calling sky on 150 to see if they can send a replacement sim to try.

Re: Awful coverage everywhere for calls or data
I've replaced my SIM but like the OP still have appalling network signal at home and out and about.
The coverage map says there is good coverage indoors and outdoors. There isn't.
If there was some honesty the coverage map would tell the truth and not be used as a marketing tool.
Even better would be to have the actual coverage Sky advertises.
BTW if you complain you'll find them hiding behind O2 because they don't have their own mobile network. Unicumbered by any knowledge I'm guessing O2 customers have priority on O2's network and Sky customers get whatever might be left over (ie nothing).
