Automatically saving emails in sub files

How do I organise it so emails are saved automatically in their sub file?

@sue65  It will depend on which email provider you use and also the app you use to access the emails.  however this isn't a Sky Mobile issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I just can't remember the simple task of setting it so chosen e-mails go directly into their file when received.

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters

 

Add a new filter.

 

Give it a name.

In SET RULES choose the senders FROM who you want the rule to apply to 

FIll in TO, SUBJECT and BODYif they're relevant then

CHOOSE A FOLDER TO MOVE To
