Unable to use two step verification

I've updated my Sky ID password and now can't get back into my Sky/Yahoo email address. 

 

I've changed phone numbers since my 2FA was first set up and have lost my recovery codes.

 

Is there a way to get back into my email? Does anyone know who I can contact about this?

Sky - although finding someone that knows how to do this can be tricky so do not let them tell you that you need to go to Yahoo as they will be unable to help with Sky accounts.
