Asking for a PIN number

I've updated my iPhone 17 pro max as it was requested . So I've updated it but the PIN number doesn't work so I can't make or receive calls, can someone please advise me, thanks

Hi on my 3rd attempt i managed to unlock it and it was a previous pass word that i singed up with. Thanks everyone
