Artificial ignorance
I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company in 45 years. I chose Sky mobile for a sim only contract for there £10 sim only. I don't use much data so it sounded perfect. Wrong! I got the same data that I had with 02 so I knew it was sufficient. Fist month fine. Second month I ran out of data after 3 weeks. I thought it must be me and I was probably out of the office more this month. So I upgraded my sim and paid a little more for the piece of mind as I use my phone for work. Next month fell short again so again I upgraded and am now paying £43 a month (sim only). What a joke I thought so I opened the app to give them what for only to see for not much more I could have the new iPhone 16. So I decided to do this 4 weeks ago and not complain. (Mistake number three). Two weeks went by with no phone and the app telling me nothing. So I thought to myself I would drop them a message and find out if all was well. (Number 4) well as you are all fully aware sky has purchased the A.I from a Casio wristwatch. The end of every interaction with the digital moron ended with the same. "Please click here to change your delivery address". So by now I am ready to abandon sky and there can't do attitude so I thought speak to a human. (The mistakes keep coming. Number five for those who are keeping count) So I called after work to air my grievances only to find out that dumb vitual mennis has a slower witted girlfriend who answers the calls out of hours. Now she is a new breed of A. I. She could not understand my voice commands which I don't mind as most people can't. But when she asked me to give keypad answers she couldn't understand them either se it disconnected my call. So not one to be beaten I emailed the impenetrable digital fortresses. A. I. Had that covere to responding instantly with security questions and then ignoring every further email. Call in hours I thought? Got a human as well. Boom I'm in I thought. (Every one knows what assumption is I take it). "Where's my phone?" I don't know was the reply. "Who dose know?" Nobody knows as it is on back order was the next equally irritating answer. After listening to the script he was reading umpteen times we agreed he would email me an update in two days! Two weeks later the A. I sent me here. Hi guys

Re: Artificial ignorance
Hello @Crapcompany
You should be able to see the status of your order here:
https://www.sky.com/ordertracking
Back order does mean that Sky are waiting stock from Apple for your order. As per usual with these new iphone releases across all network there are backlogs for them but if you are prepared to wait you will get your device in the end.
As for the data being used quickly, did you check to see what apps were using it and disabling any that were showing high usage that you do not use ?
