Applied for a mobile contract
I recently tried to apply for a mobile contract, upon being successful and getting to the agreement signing part of the process, my laptop died. I tried to reapply but for some reason i am now being told my application is unsuccessful. I have tried this a few times and i think it might be because ive tried to apply too many times. I have a been a loyal customer to sky for 4 years with no missed payments. I know I can afford the loan and I think they may have thought that something fraudalent is going on (which btw is not the case).
Is there any chance I could maybe talk to someone who would be able to help me in becoming successful again and being able to sign the credit agreement for the contract as I have promised my daughter a new phone for christmas and now I dont think I am able to =(

Re: Applied for a mobile contract
If the system has said you have failed the credit check then nobody can override that I'm afraid.
If you have failed the credit check then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.
