@George1244 that's what I was told this morning. She said to me they had technical issues and had cancelled my first order (even though it was still showing as live). She made me reprocess the order and now I have two phones showing 'in progress' but still no further delivery details!

Just spoke to sky again as my pro max says coming soon still no delivery date still no DPD email, he assured me me I will have it Saturday at the very latest, I'll keep an eye out for the flying pigs

I joined the queue dead on release date with the promise the phone delivery would be tomorrow.. But tracking is still saying coming soon..

Seriously annoyed about this, as I'm also getting my ultra 3 delivered tomorrow from Apple and without the phone I can't use the watch..

same issue, the device delivery time was showing as "coming soon" and all of a sudden today afternoon the device went missing from the order tracking. When i spoke to support, they were saying device was marked as "undeliverable" even though no delivery attempt were made

Omg Sky are literally useless. One advisor now can't locate my order. Another I spoke to on live chat said sorry for the inconvenience it will probably be delivered in two weeks!
