The pro is delivered fairly quickly. It's the pro max the issue.

tried calling them but saying average wait time on hold is over 40 minutes so will leave it until tomorrow.

I ordered my 17 pro max on 21 sep it's been 4 weeks still it's showing coming soon and I haven't received it . I don't know  when i will receive

 after 4weeks of waiting and getting an email the other day that phone will be delivered by 12of november I got this email?!?! Can anyone tell me if this is normal? I didn't request to cancel it and it has already happened as it is not in my app under orders  😭

May be a credit check issue. You'll need to contact Sky Ireland to get confirmation.

Okay thank you for the info. I don't have any credit problems so I'm just really confused. I also had to make an upfront payment of almost 200€ on the phone. I thought the credit check would happen before I place and pay for anything 🤔  I'm on the phone to Sky waiting to speak to someone but machine is telling me waiting time will be 40mins 🤦🏼‍♀️

There is a way if you type in sky chat on Google  - when you eventually get past the bot you can speak to someone usually.. quicker

I've been waiting for iPhone 17 since the 17th September, and it just says coming soon. 
I had messages saying will be delivered by 18th October and still nothing. 
Not very happy!!!!

It's a new model so maybe supplies are lmited at the moment.
