iPhone 16 plus

I ordered my iPhone 16 plus in aquamarine on 30th September 2025. I've had and signed the credit agreement and the last email relates to delivery via courier and they would contact me. As it stands I've not had any updates regarding the delays and it's gone past the advertised 3 - 4 weeks. I can't seem to speak to anyone about this and my account shows no orders to track but shows on back order for the phone. Whats going on???? Communication with any mobile phone supplier should be key.

On 'back order' simply means there is no current stock to assign to your order. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales. Give Sky a call tomorrow to try to get an update.
