Not a lot of point calling to be honest. Any orders for iPhone 17 devices are likely to be delayed further as this happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

Hi I ordered the new iPhone 17 on September 12th but have not received it and received no updates or apologies. I've been with Sky over 25 years. I am going on holiday on Thursday and never imagined I would not have this phone by then. Can you please cancel my order. Thank you.

You will need to call Sky to see if they'll let you cancel at this stage.

I ordered the iphone 17 pro max on the 15th. Ive not rang up or anything and received an email saying it will be delivered BY the 11/10. I would just assume that people will receive the phone 4 weeks after order date.

Do it, I did. Ordered from Argos about a week ago came next day  the exact same phone colour and size that I ordered through sky . Still trying to get them to cancel like they promised but there now saying I have to wait till it leaves there warehouse to be delivered for me to send back to there warehouse which I would have to pay for as it needs to be special delivery to be covered incase of loss or damage .i ordered 1:03 preorder day pm orange 256

They refuse to cancel they want you to wait till it leaves there warehouse and gets delivered to you for you to send it back to that same wherehouse won't be using sky again

Dont say that. I ordered 26th September and go away 10th November for a month and have to have it by then.

Delivery estimate  time was 1-2 weeks when ordered and today says more than 4 weeks.
