Same boat as you regarding nothing in orders, this is a glitch confirmed by Sky. If you've signed your credit agreement and had all emails up to:-
'You'll receive text and email updates from the courier about your delivery, so keep an eye out for these.'
Then you will be fine!
I also noticed that they set up a new direct debit for just this order rather than add it to my existing DD so, they clearly have many problems. Check your back account for a new DD from Sky.
I would seriously suggest you don't contact them at this stage, by looking at your account they'll probably decide there is no order and put a cancellation in place.
I'll wait until the phone arrives first then question as to why it's not showing on my account, safer that way.
