New iPhone 17pro max

Has anybody received the new iPhone 17 pro max from pre order all I just keep getting is awaiting dispatch is anyone else having the problem and has not received their phone

I honestly don't understand it at all, like I keep checking the Apple Store for pro Max's and they pop up so very rarely, but just want an update on it. People getting messages in apps and I've had nothing since 12th. Sky chat telling me different things each time.

Has anyone else had this, an expected date of the 17th? And if you did, did you get your phone?

Expected date was the 17th... despite the phone not being released till the 19th, which I found very odd when I got the DPD email on the 16th.

12th - I ordered the 17 Pro (blue/256GB) at 1:03pm, and received the final "order confirmation" email at 1:07pm.

16th at 2pm - DPD email "expecting my delivery" from Sky.

Delivery supposedly on the 17th - that obviously didn't happen.

NO delivery on the 19th, despite it stating I'd get it delivered on the 19th.

NO updates at all on DPD since the 16th, last update being "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel".

SIM has for some reason been activated, and Sky don't know where my order is and why it's not with me, despite countless calls, and telling me they'd ring me back after looking into it (but of course, they haven't done so).

I feel like my phone is lost in the void, I can't even cancel it because as far as Sky are concerned, it's been "dispatched" (it hasn't been dispatched, only a booking/label has been created for it, it's not left Sky).

@AlexJ28 I know its doing my box in tbh, when I ordered it said ON THE 19TH nearly a week later its still 'Coming soon' where they getting stock from the bloody moon? Being delivered by carrier pigeon?

I had ordered mine on the 12th when you could pre order. Only ever had one email from them on the 14th to advise I would receive it soon. But nothing has came through. I done a live chat and they were as useful as a chocolate fire!! Told me to be patient they she could not help me becuase she was from the billing team and there was no one able to help me further. It's a bit of a joke

my sky app is saying Friday 26th September but unless I hear from dpd tomorrow, I doubt it'll come then!

It's a joke really 🤣how as a company don't you have enough for the demand. And surely doesn't take much to send a simple email saying we currently cannot keep up with demand we have had to push your order back. But absolutely nothing and leaving us in the dark

Well, it's not here yet but I have all the tracking info to say my Orange PM 1TB will be delivered tomorrow. I'll only believe it once it's in my hand though.

I did the chat and the person was rude. Spoke to the same women last time and this time basicly saying I don't want to help itl come when it comes both times she said if that's all I will end the chat and then ended it before I could even say anything

Once we all receive them massive **bleep** up needed. But then again it'll probably be mulled wine season by the time we get them!

Hi when did you order and when did you get the message it's coming. I have ordered same on 14th
