To be fair to them, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the way these devices are being sent out! People ordering a week ago have been getting them over people ordering 5 weeks ago!

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
