My bill is higher than usual i cannot access my account to see why it is so high than usual i need to know why i have tried to access my bill it is not allowing me to

As we are customers we can not say for sure but the usual reason for an increase is because a sim discount has come to and end.
What happens when you try to access your Sky mobile bill ?

When you're able to compare the latest bill to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
