Just got a message from dpd saying my sky mobile order will be delivered on the 13/10/25 I ordered on the 12th September hopefully I get it by then

I'm just going round and round and round in circles. I've never been so disappointed in Sky in all the years with them. 

Was supposed to have a manager call me back between 1-2pm today and nothing, so just on the phone with them now and getting nowhere. They're saying both orders (my original from the 12th Sept and the one they forced me to place yesterday 9th Oct)  are both showing as more than 4 weeks wait - I said to them that was absolutely unacceptable, how is it actually possible my original order from 1 month ago is still showing as 4 weeks wait time? I said this is their issue, not mine, and they should be striving to rectify for all the people affected by their screw up. The guy said there was absolutely nothing he or any of them could do to push through the fullfillment. Now being transfered again to a queue for a manager but give it 10 mins and I'm sure they'll hang up on me. 

Truly exasperated.

I think enough is enough. I'm going to go with Tesco mobile and get sky to cancel my order. Just lack of communication. Got told on the phone 2-3 days and then told 2 weeks. 

just feel like I'm getting nowhere. Blaming Apple for it but most other operators have stock.

PREOrdered 13 Sep 17 PM deep blue, today first time recived update dispatched on 10. Oct. 2025 and below stating delivery on 16. Sep. 2025.

Personally I think the delivery will be on 16. Sep. 2026

Not sure should be happy or more concern that there is some sort of  half update.

I will update after Monday to reflect this.
