Just come off to SKY after around 4-5 calls over the last few weeks and finally spoke to someone who said SKY are saying they will ensure everyone has their delivery by the 18th October at the latest......... thats what they hope to do - all phones out and delivered by then...

The executive office told me on Tuesday they had no stock and no idea when they would receive any.

Been trying to get a update on my phone order the traking system not telling me anything also the just keeps sending me to online traking that says the same thing nothing

Got my DPD notification today and delivery for tomorrow.

Ordered Iphone 17 base black on the 24th of September.

I thought I'd add my 2 cents in to this thread as I've been avidly following for a while.  

1. Ordered pre order day of the 12th last month. Ordered a iPhone 17 Pro Max in Midnight blue. 

2. Website stated delivery would be on the 19th. That came and went. 

3. Sky App messages stated the 26th. That came and went. 

4. Contacted CS, advisor said week by the 4th of October. That came and went. 

5. Called back, they don't know. It's crazy since my swap isn't free, I'd actually be paying to upgrade. I mentioned to the CS advisor that people who've ordered are getting theirs way after those who ordered on the 12th. He said they're probably lying to cause issues on this help forum lol. 

So clearly a non-priority to sky. As it stands, if it turns up and I'm away I'll probably just stick with what I have. It's been a shamble and probably the last time I order via sky. Once my contract expires I'll be moving on. 

I'd have preferred just simple clarity on the matter not the run around like everyone else has seem to have gotten.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.
