I have ordered the 17 Pro Max but the order seems to be inactive. 

My account showing in progress. How long does it take for dispatch as other orders have delivered within days.

Oh also. Walking into Tesco I was told by their advisor that O2 who supplies them and a lot of smaller networks like Tesco themselves, GiffGaff and also Sky. He said O2 do not allow the smaller networks to order from Apple directly and instead are drip fed stock, prioritising their own customers of course. Baring when I visited the Tesco, they didn't even have the demo phones available despite having the advertising material and the phone launching 5 days prior (I went on Tuesday)

Debating wether there is any point in phoning again they just lie and try to get me of the phone as fast as they can but I have not had a single email / text /message since order confirmation

I just called and was told I will 100% get it tomorrow- says "in progress coming soon", no messages on my account but had a text ensuring it will be delivered by the 26th 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max a week a go and the status of the order is still "awaiting order dispatch" and hasn’t changed for 7 days. Do sky have any idea on delivery times. Are they out of stock or is demand that high the orders are being processed one by one as ordered? 

Appreciate any updates.

Literally back on the Phone to Sky this morning. Being assured delivery is due for tomorrow but no tracking details or any further information relating to the delivery of the device.

still being advised the iPhone pro max cosmic orange 256gb will be delivered tomorrow.

iPhone 17 pro max 256gb cosmic orange. Ordered on the 12th September - issue with internal glitch apparently so order was resubmitted on the 14th with the delivery date of 19th originally promised. This was not the case and then promised 26th. 26th still being promised. Messages in MySky stating up until 4th October.

I ordered my new iPhone 17pro on Monday, spent ages on the phone🤦‍♀️ swapped from another network, not just for me but my twin girls as well! 
promised the new phone with in 2 days?!!! Phoning back up on Thursday as no updates and no phone or sims activated, to be told I have to cancel my phone  order, receive a refund and reorder! The operator made absolutely no sense, saying phone was undeliverable?!?  Whilst I'm holding I had a look for reviews to see almost 140 pages of bad reviews saying it's all a joke!!!! Taking orders when no phones are available and people just forever on the line to staff been told any old thing, how disappointing!!! I'm currently on hold for 36 minutes again,,,, waiting for someone to retake my order, having second thoughts on changing to sky
