Apple 17 Pro Action Required.

I ordered the Orange IPhone 17 Pro and received an email to say my order was in progress etc etc.

I then checked on Sky App to find the phone is out of stock. On "My Order" status it is saying there is an issue and I need to contact them. 

I'm assuming that this "contact" is just to inform me that my order is going to be delayed??

Contacting isn't very easy at the moment.

I have just rung again after being assured was tomorrow now it's either going to be sat or Monday! Am fuming! I've been told to ring when I have the phone and sort compensation 😂 

won't be Saturday as I believe they don't deliver weekends so I've been told! Sky after nearly 30 years I expect better

I am still waiting as well ordered on the 12th the cosmic orange pro max, all it keeps saying delivery soon, so annoying!

Ordered pro max blue 256 within the first hour of preorders and just took delivery this morning after receiving my email from DPD yesterday.

I did and my app I've had 2 messages and a text that says by the 26th. 

haven't had any messages from DPD though so probably not likely I'll get it tomorrow

I am so angry!!! 
I have just had a notification on my phone that someone is at my door. (DPD) 

obviously they couldn't leave it in a safe place or take it to a neighbour. I have had NO email or text with a tracking nothing to say a delivery is coming!!

I spoke to Sky, the advisor told

me that they were due to have stock delivered to them yesterday, but that has now been pushed back to the 3rd October.  Not sure how much truth is in that.

Am being advised same thing. Two message in the app saying delivery by 26th September (ordered on 14th) but chat is now saying by 3rd October.

I've had the same as another user. Ordered on 13th 17 PM in Cosmic Orange 512gb. Was assured 26th multiple times by multiple advisors. Got a message on my account sometime this week saying up to the 4th so I messaged support again and they assured I'd get the quoted delivery. Haven't received an update yet, will see if DPD send a message or order update today. I doubt it. My partner ordered from another supplier on the 17th and got his device 2 days ago. Same phone but in blue. Also noticed a trend with apple stores in the UK where the blue PM has been in stock. Not sure about orange.

Would love if they could atleast send one update email I was promised after 3 date lies that it will be tomorow but it still says awaiting dispatch and no dpd email . I would cancel if I could get it elsewhere but it's out of stock everywhere . Kind of the reason for pre ordering in the first place so I'm not stuck waiting. I'm fed up of Being lied to and then being rude when I still try to be polite

I complained again yesterday and my Pro Max 1TB Cosmic Orange is being delivered this afternoon. 

It seems they have stock somewhere...
