So I ordered within the first hour and had confirmation of my IPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue 512gb 

I have called up multiple times in the last week and made complaints - I have just been transferred to a team that have said I only ordered the phone on the 13th which is why I am delayed... I have emails saying it was ordered at 13.48 on the 12th and they said well we're not sure why this is showing a different date. I am furious - they still can't tell me where my phone is or why there was a system error.

usually I would just leave it but this is ridiculous now. Been hours on calls and they are only picking this up now.

This is exactly the same for me. I'm received my confirmation email on 12/9/25 at 1.07pm. But nothing since.

Still being told the 4th October when I was guaranteed the 26th by the rep on the phone yet I pre ordered it at 1:45 and signed the agreement straight after

Is the iphone 17 pro max available in uk because i ordered it on 15 September ans now I'm still waiting for it no update nothing i been calling there an they saying that maybe the delivery will be when it going to be October

@Danka it is but looks like not enough to meet demand so networks are struggling to get them from Apple and even Apple don't have them in stock so might be a few weeks

I wouldn't worry I ordered and signed on pre order release date at 13.00 completed order by 13.01

Think all of us are now resigned to waiting until the 4th October - I know a lot of people got a message around midday on Friday (19th) saying their order had been delayed until then, especially if you were originally told 26th September.

If Sky don't make the deliveries in time for the 4th October and delay again there's going to be a lot of upset people. Not that Sky will care or do anything about it to make up for it.

Sure, Apple might be the root cause, but this isn't the first time this has happened with Sky and they should know better.

When I called sky today for an update I was told in the next 2/3 days ...which I won't hold my breath...I didn't get a message saying mine has been delayed till the 4th so I'm not sure what's going on with mine I ordered the pro max 256gb in silver I'm wondering if it's certain models and GB for the 4th

Mine still says awaiting dispatch , ordered 1:03 preorder day signed straight away and I've had no updates at all . I have been promised delivery this Friday but still awaiting dispatch . Honestly if it doesn't arrive Friday I'm going to cancel and go elsewhere some people have mentioned there local Argos has stock
