I got told today for my delivery too, called sky this morning and they said it's definitely coming today but they don't have a tracking number for DPD so can't see it coming today

Yes I've actually received my phone this morning ordered on the 6th of October cosmic orange 256gb pro max had notification from dpd

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Heard absolutely nothing, expect it'll be another couple of weeks then I'll get another random date that they won't deliver by.

I did order Iphone 17 pro max (1TB, Cosmic Orange) on 07/10/25. Still now no update (In process- Coming soon). 

When they will response? I heard they will deal within 4 week..
