I ordered the lavender on 27th September and haven't received mine or had any communication to say they have it in stock and ready for delivery. Fed up. Never  thought it would take this long.

Nope! Nothing in track my orders on the app or on any of the links tha people have posted to direct to it on here. Should I give them a call and ask? No cancellation email, had an order confirmation email though when I did it

Where abouts are you if you don't mind me asking? I ordered mine after you and mine hasn't came either if that makes you feel any better lol, I also ordered the lavender, rang today and they told me Friday but not holding my breath because I was told previously on the phone it would be Monday/Tuesday at the latest

Waiting for an iphone 17

I have been waiting two weeks for my new iphone 17 to be delivered and now says on my account its on back order 😕

Awful service from Sky Mobile

So, been with Sky for years now. Decided to upgrade on the Swap option to a 17.

went through process with agent, was told Sage phone would be here in 4 weeks. 
2 weeks later decided to log on, they'd cancelled my order with no notice and no reason so I was waiting for nothing.

Called them and they gave me some nonsense and apology, but I needed to reorder. To reorder I had to allow another credit check, so that's to CR hits from a company I've been with for years and never missed a bill. I also told them just to send me a black one if it was going to be quicker, I was told a week to 2 weeks.

into 3rd week and called them, something wrong with this order and I can send it to a team to see why or just reorder and I'd defo have it in a week.

so gave him to go ahead to cancel current order and replace it without thinking about another credit check. That's now 3 credit checks with zero issues, two weeks later and still no change in phone status or eta. 
An absolute circus, a joke. If it's not here by the weekend I'm taking my entire families accounts elsewhere, the service is just not worthy of the Hundreds of pounds a month I pay Sky.

Is there a number to contact Sky?

I have applied for an iPhone 17 last night, had a successful credit check (hard search has been added to my file) but the session timed out and logged me out - I logged back in and all progress was lost, they haven't emailed me the credit agreement that it said I had access to for 14 days and obviously don't want another hard search on my account. I can't find a number to contact them and it won't let me do anything on my app until I link a mobile, which obviously I can't do. Has anyone been in this position or knows how I can speak to customer service?

I'm in England. I'm very worried how long this is taking. Now the price I'm paying is going down for new purchases on sky's website and I haven't even received my phone!

I ordered mine on 17th September and still nothing? Anyone else still waiting for it to be delivered? Spoke to sky and all they said was if not delivered by 28th to call back, they also just put credit on my account for the wait.
