Hi, I need help with a refund.

My iPhone order was cancelled the next day, but I paid a €220 deposit. It’s been 14 days, and I still haven’t received any refund or update. I already called, but nothing has been processed.

Can you please check this and issue my refund?

Right.
I've now cancelled my order with sky as sick of the lack of communication and the lies. Have ordered with Tescos and will receive Tuesday.

hopefully my cancelling has free'd up a device for someone else but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I feel really let down by sky and will never order from them again.

good luck to those all still waiting

How did you cancel? I want to do the same as I got one from Argos but they insist it cannot be canceled as it's too far in the fulfilment process. I ordered on preorder day and to this day it still says awaiting dispatch I've had no communication from them . One told me I should cancel and : have told me it cannot be done and that I would have to refuse the currently non existent delivery

If you ordered on the 3rd October you are FAR behind the queue of people who ordered on the 12th September and still have not gotten their device.
When you were choosing the device (Pro Max for example) it would've told you there was a several week wait. What device did you get?

I've just taken a look on the Sky Mobile website, and the Deep Blue 256GB iPhone 17 Pro Max has gone from "Delivery in more than 4 weeks" to "Delivery in 3-4 weeks" - this is a good sign, maybe they're getting more stock and clearing more of the backlog.

@Nada4
l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

It seems like you failed the credit checks. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer. You'll need to contact Sky Ireland again to chase it up,

@Joaoneto

I'm afraid not as this is a customer helps customer forum so if you have already called Sky Ireland about this then the refund should be with you within 5 working days. If it has been longer than this then you will need to speak to them again.

Re: Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

I ordered an Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue 256GB on the 24th of September, the phone is in high demand so people have to be patient but if you have been waiting let's say 3 weeks just call up and ask for an update that's what I've been doing. But I have to be patient as much as I can
