l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

I've nearly been waiting 4 weeks for the delivery only just got the dispatch today after being on the phone 3 times, all I can say is keep calling you will get fobbed off as I did but it will eventually come

I spoke with Sky today they receive stock every Friday from Apple so on Friday if you don't get a text or email to say your order is on its way it means you may be in the slot the following Friday but they are getting through the stock on a Friday basis

Just thought I'd chime in here as I've been an avid reader of this forum for a couple of weeks now. 
I ordered iPhone 17, 256GB in White two weeks ago today, confirmation email (which I received immediately after placing the order) said delivery in 2-3 weeks. The useless chat representative today said it will be another 2-3 weeks. This whole thing is a shambles, I'm not holding out any hope of getting it this side of Christmas tbh.

Ordered iPhone Pro Max Deep Blue 256GB on the 19th of September. Called Sky today and they told me it'll definitely be two more weeks at least and up to four weeks. It's not just Sky. It's Vodafone, Three, everyone... Apple themselves also. I'm kind of disappointed. I didn't even know it was launch time. My phone broke and I decided to buy a new one not knowing what I was getting into. But it seems like anyone who ordered same time as me or after will still be waiting a while.
