Only blue pro's left now on Amazon for delivery this weekend. There were orange ones yesterday but they are now out of stock. All pro max's are out of stock as well.

Upgraded to iPhone 17 on 24th September but haven't had any tracking details or notification that it's been sent etc

I have moved your post into a thread discussing iphone 17 orders.


As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information
on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for iPhone 17 models are likely to be delayed for longer which happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

So I pre-ordered on the 12th September.


Sky App says "swap started". Been like this since swap order placed for "17 pro max 256gb blue".

 

I contacted Sky on the 24th September and they said that I should hear from DPD from the 26th September. Not heard a thing. My question is and due to this being a "swap", will Sky commit to what they have offered for my existing model or will the value drop the longer this bloody wait goes on? 

Once again this has been poor from Sky. They should not allow this many pre-orders if they know there are going to be stock issues. 

Currently not particularly happy with how this has progressed so far. Sky's continued lack of contact or updates around stock or even just a simple even to say "apologies for the delay with your order" would at least make me feel a little better.

 

My Stock: iPhone 16 pro max through Sky with Sky mobile contract. Sky Glass "1st Gen, 55inch". Sky Ultrafast broadband.

I have finally had a DPD email!! Looks like the complaint I made to the manager yesterday and her telling me she's put me down as "priority" has worked. DPD say they're expecting my parcel so assuming it'll be here tomorrow maybe.

[Removed] Each week since the 19th they've told me it will be shipped in a few days but here we are still nothing and I ordered within 2 hrs of preorders going live. 

what a joke this company is. Absolutely scandalous.

Same as you received this morning at 715 from DPD and sky after a complaint yesterday. But I have seen some people writing they have the DPD bit and still haven't received the phones so we shall see! Fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow and it's not another wasted day off!

17 pro max in blue 256 ordered late on 12th.

Not received my new iPhone pro yet

I pre ordered the iPhone pro on 17th . I have tried to contact sky multiple times with no luck . My delivery still says coming soon . I'm just not sure what's going on when I check the online stock checker it says they have stock so I'm not sure why I still haven't received mine or even had any updates . I've never had an issue with sky before been with them for 13 years now .

@Paigechlox Great news. Who did you contact? My complaint is with the exec team who say all they can do is send a message to the mobile dispatch team who've just said there's nothing they can do as there's no stock, which there obviously is 🙈

@LO2402 not too sure who it was, I was with the mobile department and I simply asked to speak to a manager regarding the lies the employees has told to me. He put me through and she seemed to deal with it in a much higher standard than the rest of them. 
she took my address and postcode - along with knocking off £10 my next bill. She said my address has now been put down as priority. This morning I received an email saying dpd are expecting my parcel and it's been dispatched from sky. So fingers crossed it's finally on the move.
