So, ordered 12th 13:30, got the first email saying sky mobile bla bla. Received confirmation of agreement signed and order confirmed email next day at 14:40. Message on the app (under profile messages, no notification) saying delivery by 4th October. Heard nothing since and been on live chats where they've told me excuses but we are now here where it's being dispatched. Phone has always shown under my devices since the Friday order. Hope this helps

Finally had an update from DPD & Sky so assuming my phone will come tomorrow! 

iPhone 17PM, silver 256gb ordered on 13th! Hope everyone else gets an update or their phone soon!!

Sky well and truly shafted pre-orders.

I placed a new order last night for an "experiment", so that's 2 orders on the go now:

• 1st order placed within a few minutes after pre-orders opened at 1pm on the 12th, told delivery was due ON the 19th, shipped out on the 16th. DPD been stuck since the 16th, and Sky have no idea what's wrong with the order or where it is
• 2nd order placed last night after 6pm, saw the same phone, but larger storage was seemingly in stock, so decided to order and chance it

You can probably guess which one of the two orders I'll be recieving tomorrow. First and last time I'll be pre-ordering anything through Sky.

Spoken with a manager today to put in a complaint about the several lies I've been told. She told me stock is due tomorrow and I will receive a dispatch email on Thursday / Friday this week. Also gave me £10 off my next bill and mentioned she's put me down as "priority"

Same, nothing here. Have an escalated complaint with the executive team who have told me today that it is due to stock issues and there is nothing they can do, yet all these silver 256gb pro max going out tonight to people who ordered on the 13th yet I ordered on the 12th?! I would be cancelling if I could get it elsewhere but unfortunately oos everywhere.

Try Argos at 2am they've been dropping a few then it's when I ordered and it's arriving tomorow. They early sell out moments after dropping though since you'd have to be quick

Sky Mobile is an MVNO, so they'll get less stock than a full network like O2 (the network it runs on) or Three.

Just manage to call costumer agent today after waiting for almost 20min to get in touch . My order since placed 13/08/25 and according to them they don't have any idea when my phone to be delivered . They said it's Back order . I ask them how do I wait their response was just wait another 3 days.  My order to be delivered in Kildare Rep Ireland is anyone   same boat with me?😩.
